Ever been to a place that claims they make the best Honey BBQ Wings and leave disappointed? *raises hand* Three things can go terribly wrong at a wing place. Overcooked/undercooked, bland, or too small. They can also claim a certain sauce to be extremely spicy when it doesn’t even tickle but I’ll let that one slide.
I have nothing against wing places, in fact, I love them. Cold beer, friendly bartenders, big TVs, and wings? Yes, please. That doesn’t mean I don’t enjoy making and eating them at home. I love making wings for family and friends. I always season the chicken with a bunch of different spices. I never leave the taste responsibility up to the BBQ sauce. Bland chicken coated in BBQ sauce? No thanks. I think you will love this recipe.
