Top Tips For The Juiciest Baked Shrimp
- Use real butter, not margarine. Also, make sure to use fresh garlic, not the one that comes in a jar. It makes a huge difference!
- Don’t overcook the shrimp not even for a minute otherwise, they will become tough and dry.
- If using frozen shrimp, make sure to thaw completely. For best results, use raw, peeled, and deveined shrimp.
- Taste the butter mixture before pouring it over the shrimp!
Can I Broil These?
Yes, if you don’t have the patience to wait for the oven to preheat, broiling is the perfect method for you! Broil the shrimp for 3-4 minutes, depending on the size.
How Do I Know When The Shrimp Are Cooked?
As soon as the shrimp turn pink, they’re ready to eat.
Storage
Place any leftovers in an air-tight container and refrigerate for up to 2 days.
