Grilled Chicken Parmesan

Easy grilled chicken parmesan in under 30 minutes! Juicy grilled chicken seasoned to perfection and cooked in a homemade sauce.



  1. In a small bowl, combine the granulated garlic, onion powder, paprika, and oregano.
  2. Season the chicken on both sides with the spice mixture, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add a couple of tbsp of oil to a large skillet and cook the chicken for 2-3 minutes on each side over medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  5. Add the onions and red crushed pepper and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Stir in the garlic and cook for an additional 15 seconds.
  7. Stir in the crushed tomatoes and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  8. Once the sauce is nice and warm place the chicken back in the skillet and pour some sauce over the chicken.
  9. Add the parmesan and mozzarella cheese on top of the chicken.
  10. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and cook for 8-10 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked through.


To cut the cooking time in half use store-bought marinara sauce.
