Easter is fast approaching and this is the perfect dish to serve for brunch! It takes minutes to put together and it’s a fail-proof recipe!

INGREDIENT NOTES

See the recipe card below for ingredient quantities and complete instructions.

  • Eggs – You’ll need 6 large eggs for this recipe.
  • Half and Half – A must for a creamy and soft quiche!
  • Cheese – I used a combination of cheddar, mozzarella, and parmesan cheese, but gruyere works wonderfully in this recipe as well!
  • Pie Crust – Store-bought or homemade pie crust works.

  • If using a store-bought pie crust, make sure to follow package instructions.
  • Not a fan of the cheeses I recommended? Use your favorite cheese instead.
  • Feel free to add spinach, mushrooms, ham, onions, etc!
