INGREDIENT NOTES
See the recipe card below for ingredient quantities and complete instructions.
- Eggs – You’ll need 6 large eggs for this recipe.
- Half and Half – A must for a creamy and soft quiche!
- Cheese – I used a combination of cheddar, mozzarella, and parmesan cheese, but gruyere works wonderfully in this recipe as well!
- Pie Crust – Store-bought or homemade pie crust works.
TOP TIPS
- To ensure a soft and creamy texture, be careful not to overbake the quiche.
- If using a store-bought pie crust, make sure to follow package instructions.
- Not a fan of the cheeses I recommended? Use your favorite cheese instead.
- Feel free to add spinach, mushrooms, ham, onions, etc!
STORAGE
Place any leftovers in an air-tight container and refrigerate for up to 2 days. Reheat in the microwave or air fryer until heated through before serving.
