Roasted Parmesan Brussel Sprouts

Roasted parmesan Brussel sprouts are one of my favorite side dishes to prepare. These are super flavorful and only require parmesan cheese, olive oil, salt, and pepper!

Serve these alongside cajun salmon and shrimp and 4 cheese mac and cheese for a delicious dinner!

INGREDIENTS

– brussel sprouts – olive oil  – parmesan cheese – salt – pepper

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Wash, trim and slice the Brussel sprouts in half.

In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, salt, and pepper. Place the washed and trimmed Brussel sprouts in a large bowl.

Pour the oil mixture over the Brussel Sprouts and mix well. Stir in the parmesan cheese.

Place the Brussel sprouts on a lined baking sheet. Bake for 18 minutes and enjoy!

Tips and Recipe Variations

- Avoid Brussel sprouts with black spots or yellow leaves. - Sometimes I make these in advance and keep them in the fridge for 2-3 days in an airtight container.
