Cheesy Corn

Ingredients

  • 15 ounce canned corn
  • 1 tbsp mayo
  • 1/4 cup onions finely diced
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  • In a large bowl, mix the corn, onions, garlic, mayo, salt, and pepper.
  • Melt the butter in an oven safe skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the corn mixture to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  • Cover the corn mixture with mozzarella cheese and bake for 2-3 minutes.

Use fresh, frozen, or canned corn for this recipe.
