Tartar Sauce

- 1 cup mayo
- 2 tbsp fresh dill
- 1 tsp fresh tarragon
- 2 pickles finely diced
- 1 tsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp capers
- salt and pepper to taste
Finely dice the pickles and set them aside. Roughly chop the dill and tarragon.
Add the mayo, capers, lemon juice, pickles, dill, tarragon, and sugar to a large bowl.
Season with salt and pepper and enjoy!
Place the sauce in an air-tight container and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
Play around with this recipe, if you like it on the sweeter side add more sugar. If you want it chunkier, add more pickles and herbs.
