Air Fryer Chicken Thighs
These air fryer chicken thighs are bone-in juicy chicken thighs cooked to perfection! A comfort dish that takes minutes to make and is the ultimate busy weeknight meal.

- 1.75 lb bone-in skin-on chicken thighs I used 4 small ones
- 1 tsp Kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp oregano
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- nonstick spray
In a small bowl, combine all of the spices including 1 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper. Mix well.
Pat dry the chicken on both sides with a paper towel and spray the air fryer basket with nonstick spray.
Pour the olive oil all over the chicken thighs and season the chicken with the spice blend.
Spread the chicken thighs on a single layer and season the skin lightly with a little extra salt and pepper.
Place the chicken thighs skin-side down in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes at 370 degrees F.
Once the 10 minutes are up, flip the chicken over and cook for an additional 10 minutes. Finally, increase the temperature to 400 degrees F and cook for 2 minutes. Keep in mind that I used four small chicken thighs. Make sure to cook the chicken until the inside reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Enjoy!
