- 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles optional
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 6 slices provolone cheese
- 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp butter melted
- 1 garlic clove finely minced
- 12 bread rolls
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Slice the rolls in half with a serrated knife and place the bottom half of the rolls on the baking sheet and layer it with provolone cheese.
In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, blue cheese crumbles, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Check for seasoning.
Layer the chicken mixture on top of the rolls and then top it off with mozzarella cheese. Place the tops of the rolls on top of the cheese.
In a small bowl, combine the butter and garlic.
Brush the rolls with the butter mixture and then bake for 15 minutes. Enjoy!
- If you don't like pulled chicken too saucy, start with 1/4 cup of buffalo sauce and 1/4 cup of ranch dressing instead of 1/2 cup.
- Not a fan of ranch dressing? Use blue cheese dressing instead.
- Add cayenne pepper or your favorite hot sauce to the chicken mixture, if you like it extra spicy.
