Buffalo Chicken Sliders

These buffalo chicken sliders are stuffed with shredded chicken and cheese, then topped off with garlic butter. A quick and easy recipe that feeds a crowd!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles optional
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 6 slices provolone cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 garlic clove finely minced
  • 12 bread rolls

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 
  • Slice the rolls in half with a serrated knife and place the bottom half of the rolls on the baking sheet and layer it with provolone cheese. 
  • In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, blue cheese crumbles, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Check for seasoning. 
  • Layer the chicken mixture on top of the rolls and then top it off with mozzarella cheese. Place the tops of the rolls on top of the cheese. 
  • In a small bowl, combine the butter and garlic. 
  • Brush the rolls with the butter mixture and then bake for 15 minutes. Enjoy! 

Notes

  • If you don't like pulled chicken too saucy, start with 1/4 cup of buffalo sauce and 1/4 cup of ranch dressing instead of 1/2 cup.
  • Not a fan of ranch dressing? Use blue cheese dressing instead.
  • Add cayenne pepper or your favorite hot sauce to the chicken mixture, if you like it extra spicy.
