Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs boneless skin-off
  • 1 tsp Kosher salt plus more for sprinkling on top
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 3 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  • Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F for 5 minutes. 
  • In a small bowl, mix the spices. Pat dry the chicken thighs with a paper towel on both sides.
  • Coat the chicken thighs with olive oil and season the chicken with the spice blend. 
  • Place the chicken thighs in the air fryer basket and sprinkle a little extra salt on top of the chicken. 
  • Cook for 5 minutes then flip the chicken and cook for an additional 5 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. 
  • Allow the chicken to rest for 3-5 minutes before slicing into it and enjoy! 

Notes

  • Try to use evenly sized boneless chicken thighs so they cook evenly. If one chicken thigh is a lot bigger than the rest, cook them in batches.
  • Don't overcook the chicken otherwise, it will be tough and dry.
