Batido De Mamey
This decadent batido de mamey is a thick milkshake made with mamey, milk, ice, and a pinch of salt. It's sweet, creamy, and super delicious!

- 1 whole mamey about 3 cups
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 cup ice
- 1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk or to taste
- pinch of salt
Start by cutting the mamey fruit, you want to cut it the same way you would an avocado. Discard the seed and skin.
Place all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. If you want it sweeter, add more sweetened condensed milk or sugar. Enjoy cold!
- I like batido de mamey on the thicker side so I added only 2 cups of whole milk. If you want it thinner, add 3 cups of milk.
- Top the milkshake with fresh mamey chunks. Adds flavor and texture!
