Avocado Crema

Made with just a few ingredients, this avocado crema is smooth, creamy, tangy, and incredibly delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 lime
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  • Place all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Season with salt and enjoy!

Notes

Place the avocado crema in an air-tight container, preferably a mason jar, and refrigerate for up to 8 days.
