No Bake M&M Cheesecake
No bake cheesecakes are a great way to make dessert ahead of time. You can cool them down so that they can set. These are great for parties and the mini cheesecakes act as mini-bites that are pops of sweet sugary fun.

- 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 5 tbsp unsalted melted butter
Cheesecake Filling:
- 16 ounces cream cheese
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/3 cup white sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup m&ms
Whipped Cream
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Add melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon to the graham cookie crumbs and press onto the bottoms of your muffin/cheesecake tin, Set aside.
For the filling, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
Add the vanilla extract, sugar, heavy cream and mix for 4-5 minutes.
Fold in the m&ms.
Place the filling in the prepared pan, smooth the tops, and then refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours.
To make the whipped cream, whip the heavy cream for 3-4 minutes or until it starts resembling whipped cream
Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract and mix for an additional 20 seconds.
Frost the cheesecakes with whipped cream and top with m&ms.
