- 1 lb shrimp
- 4 cloves garlic finely minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp red chili flakes
- 1/2 tbsp lemon juice or white wine
- salt and pepper to taste
Heat up about 3 tbsp of oil in a large skillet over high heat
Season the shrimp with salt, pepper, red chili flakes, and sear for about 1 minute on each side.
Reduce the heat and stir in the butter and minced garlic, cook until garlic is golden and fragrant.
Add the lemon juice and check for seasoning.
Serve immediately, garnished with parsley leaves.
