Preheat oven to 350 degrees, line a 12 piece cupcake tin with liners and set aside
Sift the all purpose flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda
In a bowl, whisk the eggs, sour cream, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract, set aside.
In a bowl, mix the softened butter and sugar then add the flour mixture
Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix
Using an ice-cream scoop, divide the batter evenly in the lined muffin tin
Bake cupcakes for about 14 minutes or until done. Let them cool completely before frosting
To make the frosting, mix the butter and cream cheese until smooth
Add the powdered sugar and nutella and mix until smooth and creamy
Cut a hole in the center of the cupcake and fill with Nutella
Frost cupcakes, pop a ferrero rocher on top, drizzle some warm Nutella and Enjoy!
