Ingredients

  • 8.5 ounce Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cheddar Jack cheese shredded
  • 1 15 ounce creamed corn not drained
  • 1 15 ounce corn kernels drained
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 jalapeno desseded

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Place all of the ingredients into a large bowl and mix until well combined.
  • Pour the mixture into an 8x10 baking dish and bake uncovered for 45 minutes.

Notes

If you want it to be a little sweeter, add some granulated sugar or honey to the mixture before baking. Feel free to taste the batter and adjust it to your liking.
