Grilled Fish Tacos

Grilled Mahi Mahi served on warm tortillas with homemade delicious slaw. Made in under 20 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Mahi Mahi Red Snapper, or Cod
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Slaw

  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 cup red cabbage
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • To make the slaw, combine the red cabbage, olive oil, lime juice, minced garlic, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Season the fish with cumin, chili powder, oregano, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Grill the fish for 4-5 minutes on each side or until fully cooked through.
  • Serve fish on grilled tortillas and top with slaw and avocados if desired.
