Tomato Avocado Salad
This easy tomato avocado salad is the ultimate summer meal! Made with ripe avocados, tomatoes, red onions, lemon, and olive oil!
Servings: 4 servings
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1/4 cup red onions
- 1 tbsp fresh cilantro
- 1/2 lemon juiced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Cut the avocados into bite sized pieces and squeeze the lemon juice over it.
Cut the tomatoes and onions and toss them gently with the avocados.
Drizzle in the olive oil and season generously with salt and pepper.
Add the cilantro and enjoy!
