Keto Cajun Chicken Taquitos
These taquitos are made with just 3 ingredients in under 20 minutes! Packed with flavor and protein. The ultimate snack or meal while on a keto diet.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Season the chicken with Cajun seasoning on one side. Cook the chicken in a skillet over medium-high heat with oil. Cook for 5-6 minutes or until fully cooked through.
Shred or dice the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
Line a baking sheet with a silicone mat. Place the mozzarella slices on the baking sheet. Bake for 6 minutes or until the cheese is completely melted.
Let the cheese cool for 1-2 minutes. Add 1 tbsp of chicken to each cheese slice and then roll them up.
