Buttermilk Blueberry Waffles
These homemade waffles are stuffed with fresh blueberries and served with maple syrup. Super light, fluffy, and delicious.

Ingredients

all-purpose flour

tbsp
baking powder

salt

sugar

buttermilk
2
eggs

unsalted melted butter

tsp
vanilla extract

fresh blueberries
Instructions
In a large bowl mix the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
Add the unsalted melted butter, vanilla extract, eggs, and buttermilk. Mix until well combined.
Spray the waffle iron with nonstick spray. Pour about 1/2 cup of the waffle batter into the waffle iron. Add about 10 blueberries and cook until done.
Serve with maple syrup and enjoy.
