Big Mac Bites

These delicious juicy little big mac bites are low carb and super easy to put together.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/4 cup onions finely diced
  • 4 slices American Cheese cut into 4ths
  • 15 slices dill pickles
  • lettuce

Special Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 2 tbsp French Dressing
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tsp sweet pickle relish
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Mix the ground beef and diced onions until well combined.
  • Roll the ground beef into 15 gold-sized balls and place them on a lined baking sheet. Flatten them a bit and then season on both sides with salt and pepper.
  • Cut each cheese slice into four squares.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes. While the burgers cook, prepare the sauce.
  • Mix the mayo, French dressing, white vinegar, sugar, sweet pickle relish, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Top each burger patty with a piece of cheese and bake for an additional minute or until the cheese melts completely.
  • Once the cheese is melted, pull them out and prepare to serve. Serve with lettuce, and sauce.

Notes

How to Cook These in the Air Fryer: Place the mini burger patties in the air fryer basket. Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees. Cook for 2-3 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional 3 minutes. Add a piece of cheese on top of each burger, close it, and cook for an additional minute. Remove the burgers from the air fryer and serve warm.
