- 1 tbsp chipotle chili powder
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp granulated garlic
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
In a small bowl, combine the chipotle chili powder, brown sugar, cumin, granulated garlic, onion powder, and salt. Mix well.
Add the spice mixture to a small jar and store at room temperature.
- To make it salt-free, simply omit the salt.
- To make it sugar-free, omit the brown sugar and reduce the salt to 1/2 tsp.
