Tartar Sauce

This tartar sauce recipe is the easiest and most delicious condiment you'll ever have. You can make this creamy delicious sauce in under 10 minutes!

  • 1 cup mayo
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill
  • 1 tsp fresh tarragon
  • 2 pickles finely diced
  • 1 tsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp capers
  • salt and pepper to taste


  • Finely dice the pickles and set them aside. Roughly chop the dill and tarragon.
  • Add the mayo, capers, lemon juice, pickles, dill, tarragon, and sugar to a large bowl.
  • Season with salt and pepper and enjoy!


Place the sauce in an air-tight container and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks. 
Play around with this recipe, if you like it on the sweeter side add more sugar. If you want it chunkier, add more pickles and herbs.
