Air Fryer Chicken Wings
These air fryer chicken wings are coated in olive oil and a homemade spice rub, then air fried to perfection. Super crispy, delicious, and the ultimate snack or appetizer!
- 1.5 lbs chicken wings
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt or to taste
- 1 tsp salt-free lemon pepper seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
In a small bowl, combine the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt-free lemon pepper, baking powder, salt, and pepper.
Pat dry the chicken wings with a paper towel and remove any excess moisture.
Coat the chicken wings in olive oil and the spice mixture. Mix well.
Spray your air fryer basket with cooking spray and place the chicken wings in the basket. Work in batches if you have to.
Cook for 9 minutes at 400 degrees F. then flip and cook for an additional 9 minutes or until crispy and fully cooked through. Enjoy!
- I think 18 minutes at 400 degrees F. is plenty but if you like your chicken wings extra crispy, feel free to cook them a couple of minutes longer.
