Equipment

  • air fryer

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs chicken wings
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt or to taste
  • 1 tsp salt-free lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, combine the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt-free lemon pepper, baking powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Pat dry the chicken wings with a paper towel and remove any excess moisture.
  • Coat the chicken wings in olive oil and the spice mixture. Mix well.
  • Spray your air fryer basket with cooking spray and place the chicken wings in the basket. Work in batches if you have to.
  • Cook for 9 minutes at 400 degrees F. then flip and cook for an additional 9 minutes or until crispy and fully cooked through. Enjoy!

Notes

  • I think 18 minutes at 400 degrees F. is plenty but if you like your chicken wings extra crispy, feel free to cook them a couple of minutes longer.
