Air Fryer Boneless Chicken Thighs
Air fryer boneless chicken thighs are super juicy and cook perfectly in under 15 minutes! Packed with flavor, low carb, and keto-friendly.
- 4 chicken thighs boneless skin-off
- 1 tsp Kosher salt plus more for sprinkling on top
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 3 tbsp olive oil
Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F for 5 minutes.
In a small bowl, mix the spices. Pat dry the chicken thighs with a paper towel on both sides.
Coat the chicken thighs with olive oil and season the chicken with the spice blend.
Place the chicken thighs in the air fryer basket and sprinkle a little extra salt on top of the chicken.
Cook for 5 minutes then flip the chicken and cook for an additional 5 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
Allow the chicken to rest for 3-5 minutes before slicing into it and enjoy!
- Try to use evenly sized boneless chicken thighs so they cook evenly. If one chicken thigh is a lot bigger than the rest, cook them in batches.
- Don't overcook the chicken otherwise, it will be tough and dry.
