Equipment

  • air fryer

Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon cut into 2-inch chunks
  • 2 tsp Cajun seasoning or to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lemon

Instructions

  • Slice the salmon into 2-inch chunks. Coat the salmon chunks with olive oil and Cajun seasoning. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  • Place the salmon chunks in the air fryer and cook for 5 minutes at 400 degrees F. Serve with lemon wedges and enjoy!

Notes

  • Try to use even-sized salmon fillets for even cooking, you don't want to use a combination of flat and thick salmon pieces.
  • Overcooking the salmon bites will result in dry salmon, so make sure you don't overcook it.
  • If you're not a fan of Cajun seasoning, use salt and pepper or your favorite spice blend.
