- 1 lb salmon cut into 2-inch chunks
- 2 tsp Cajun seasoning or to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon
Slice the salmon into 2-inch chunks. Coat the salmon chunks with olive oil and Cajun seasoning. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
Place the salmon chunks in the air fryer and cook for 5 minutes at 400 degrees F. Serve with lemon wedges and enjoy!
- Try to use even-sized salmon fillets for even cooking, you don't want to use a combination of flat and thick salmon pieces.
- Overcooking the salmon bites will result in dry salmon, so make sure you don't overcook it.
- If you're not a fan of Cajun seasoning, use salt and pepper or your favorite spice blend.
