Air Fryer Grouper

This air fryer grouper is the easiest fish recipe you'll ever make! It's perfectly breaded, flaky, and cooks in under 10 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb grouper about 4-6 fillets
  • 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • nonstick spray
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Coat the grouper fillets with oil on both sides. Season lightly with salt and pepper and then coat with bread crumbs. 
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F for 5 minutes. Spray the air fryer basket with nonstick spray. 
  • Place the grouper fillets in the air fryer basket and spray with cooking spray. This will help give it some color. Cook for 8 minutes flipping halfway or until the fish is flaky. 
  • Serve immediately with lemon wedges and enjoy! 

Notes

  • Make sure not to overcrowd the air fryer basket otherwise, the fillets won't crisp up.
