- 1/2 head of cabbage
- 6 celery stalks
- 1 large onion
- 1 green bell pepper
- 5 garlic cloves
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes optional
- 1 tsp oregano
- 14 ounce can diced tomatoes
- 8 cups of chicken or vegetable stock
- Salt and pepper to taste
Warm up some oil in a large pot over medium high heat.
Cook the onions, celery, and peppers until translucent.
