Grilled Fish Tacos

- 1 lb Mahi Mahi Red Snapper, or Cod
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp oregano
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Slaw
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 cup red cabbage
- salt and pepper to taste
To make the slaw, combine the red cabbage, olive oil, lime juice, minced garlic, and season with salt and pepper.
Season the fish with cumin, chili powder, oregano, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Grill the fish for 4-5 minutes on each side or until fully cooked through.
Serve fish on grilled tortillas and top with slaw and avocados if desired.
