Honey Garlic Shrimp
These honey-glazed shrimp are to die for and super easy to make! Serve with rice and you've got a better than take out experience!

- 1 lb raw shrimp
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp chili flakes optional
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp softened butter
- 1 tbsp scallions optional
- salt to taste
In a medium sized bowl, combine the honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, and chili flakes. Set aside.
Cook the shrimp in a large skillet over high heat with some oil, for 20 seconds on each side.
Stir in the softened butter and fresh garlic, cook until fragrant.
Add the honey soy mixture.
Cover and simmer for 1-2 minutes.
Garnish with scallions and serve over brown rice, if desired.
