Creamy Lemon Salmon

  • 1 lb salmon
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/4 white wine
  • 1/4 tsp  paprika
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp capers
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 tsp  lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp  fresh dill
  • 1 tsp  red crushed pepper optional
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • oil for frying


  • Season salmon with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • Cook the salmon over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  • Remove the salmon from the skillet and set aside.
  • Add the garlic and red crushed pepper to the skillet and cook for 10-15 seconds.
  • Add the wine and reduce by half.
  • Add the capers, heavy cream, and parmesan cheese.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Reduce the heat to low and place the salmon back in the skillet.
  • Cover and cook for an additional 5 minutes or until the salmon is fully cooked through.
