Keto Chocolate Chip Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup coconut flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp  vanilla extract
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp  baking powder
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 tsp  xylitol
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine the milk, eggs, coconut flour, salt, baking powder, and xylitol.
  • Warm up and butter a medium size skillet.
  • Pour about 1/4 cup of the batter into the skillet.
  • Add about 10-12 chocolate chips on top and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Serve with sugar-free syrup.
