  • 2 5 ounce cans of tuna, drained
  • 1/2 cup real mayo
  • 1 tbsp sweet relish
  • 3 tbsp scallions
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • lettuce
  • tomato
  • bread of your choice


  • In a large bowl, combine the mayo, tuna, sweet relish, scallions, lemon juice, and season generously with salt and pepper.
  • Serve it on sliced bread with a couple of salted tomato slices and lettuce.
