  • 1 lb Shrimp
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 tsp red crushed pepper
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 lb spaghetti

  • Season the shrimp with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • Add the olive oil and 1 tbsp of butter to a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add the seasoned shrimp and cook for 30 seconds on each side.
  • Stir in the red crushed pepper, lemon zest, and garlic.
  • Add the lemon juice and white wine and cook until the wine reduces by half.
  • Stir in the remaining butter and season with salt and pepper.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve immediately.

  • I highly suggest seasoning the shrimp with paprika to give it some color.
  • Double the sauce recipe, if you like it extra saucy.
