- 2 cups cooked chicken
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1 small shallot
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 tsp fresh dill
- salt and pepper to taste
Chop or shred the cooked chicken.
In a large bowl, combine the shallots, dried cranberries, mayo, dill, dijon mustard, lemon juice, and cooked chicken. Mix until well combined.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
