Roasted Parmesan Brussel Sprouts
Easy and delicious crispy Brussel sprouts tossed in parmesan cheese and olive oil. The ultimate perfect side dish!

Brussel Sprouts

Parmesan Cheese
Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Wash, trim and slice the Brussel sprouts in half.
In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Place the washed and trimmed Brussel sprouts in a large bowl. Pour the oil mixture over the Brussel Sprouts and mix well.
Stir in the parmesan cheese. Place the Brussel sprouts on a lined baking sheet. Bake for 18 minutes and enjoy!
Notes
You want to make sure the Brussel sprouts are heavy, bright green, and the leaves are tight. Avoid Brussel sprouts with black spots or yellow leaves.
