Buffalo  Chicken Sliders

These buffalo chicken sliders are stuffed with shredded chicken and cheese, then topped off with garlic butter. A quick and easy recipe that feeds a crowd!

You can serve these buffalo chicken sliders with creamy coleslaw, potato chips, or 4 cheese mac and cheese for a complete meal.


– Chicken – Ranch dressing – Buffalo sauce – Cheese – Garlic powder – Italian seasoning – Onion powder – Butter – Garlic – Bread rolls

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 

Slice the rolls in half with a serrated knife and place the bottom half of the rolls on the baking sheet and layer it with provolone cheese. 

In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, blue cheese crumbles, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.

Layer the chicken mixture on top of the rolls and then top it off with mozzarella cheese. Place the tops of the rolls on top of the cheese. 

Tips and Recipe Variations

- Not a fan of ranch dressing? Use bleu cheese dressing instead. - Add cayenne pepper or your favorite hot sauce to the chicken mixture, if you like it extra spicy.
