    Easy Buffalo Chicken Sliders

These sliders are packed with flavor, a little spicy, and super cheesy. I make these as often as I make these buffalo shrimp and slow cooker buffalo chicken dip because I just love buffalo sauce!

    Ingredient Notes

Bread – I used store-bought butter rolls but you can use Hawaiian rolls or homemade dinner rolls.

Chicken – I highly recommend using store-bought rotisserie chicken because it will save you lots of time. However, feel free to use homemade roasted chicken.

Cheese – A combination of mozzarella cheese, provolone, and blue cheese crumbles are what I used.

Ranch Dressing – Make sure to get good quality ranch dressing at the produce section. It makes such a difference!

Buffalo Sauce – Any type of original buffalo sauce will work.

    Step-By-Step Instructions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
    2. Slice the rolls in half with a serrated knife and place the bottom half of the rolls on the baking sheet and layer it with provolone cheese.
    3. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, blue cheese crumbles, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Check for seasoning.
    4. Layer the chicken mixture on top of the rolls and then top it off with mozzarella cheese. Place the tops of the rolls on top of the cheese.
    5. In a small bowl, combine the butter and garlic.
    6. Brush the rolls with the butter mixture and then bake for 15 minutes. Enjoy!

    Top Tips

    • If you don’t like pulled chicken too saucy, start with 1/4 cup of buffalo sauce and 1/4 cup of ranch dressing instead of 1/2 cup.
    • Not a fan of ranch dressing? Use bleu cheese dressing instead.
    • Add cayenne pepper or your favorite hot sauce to the chicken mixture, if you like it extra spicy.

What Can I Serve These With?

You can serve these buffalo chicken sliders with creamy coleslaw, potato chips, or 4 cheese mac and cheese for a complete meal.

    Storage

If you have any leftovers, place them in an air-tight container and refrigerate for up to 2 days. To reheat, pop them in the oven at 400 degrees F. for 5-10 minutes.
