Ham and Gruyere Cheese Crustless Quiche

This ham and gruyere cheese crustless quiche requires minimal ingredients and is super easy to make. It’s delicious, loaded with flavor, and perfect for busy weekends!

This recipe is perfect for breakfast, brunch, or even dinner! I love serving this quiche with mimosas and roasted baby potatoes.

INGREDIENTS

– eggs – gruyere cheese – ham – half and half – kosher salt – nonstick spray

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. and grease a 9-inch baking dish. Make sure to grease the sides as well.

In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, half and half, and salt until smooth. Fold in 1 cup of Gruyere cheese.

Spread the ham evenly into the greased baking dish. Pour the egg mixture slowly into the baking dish.

Add the remaining cheese on top of the egg mixture and bake for 42-45 minutes or until the center is just about set. Allow the quiche to sit for 10-15 minutes before slicing

Tips and Recipe Variations

- Make sure to grease your baking dish generously including the sides so the quiche doesn’t stick. - Feel free to include spinach, peppers, mushrooms, etc.
