M&M’s Chocolate Chip Cookie Bar

These M&M’s chocolate chip cookie bars are soft and chewy with crisp edges. Loaded with M&M candies, semi-sweet chocolate chips, and baked to perfection.

These cookie bars are simply the best! They’re perfect for birthdays, pot lucks, or any time you crave something sweet.


– All-purpose flour – Cornstarch – Baking soda – Baking powder – Butter – Eggs – Sugar – Vanilla extract – Chocolate chips – M&M's

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. and line a 9×13 baking dish with parchment paper or aluminum foil.

Using an electric mixer, mix the butter until smooth. Add the brown sugar, white sugar, and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.

Beat in the eggs and mix until well combined but don't overmix. Add the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cornstarch, and salt. 

Fold in the chocolate chips and M&M's. Add the cookie dough mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread the dough evenly.

– Don’t overbake these if you want the inside to be soft and chewy. – It’s essential that the butter and eggs are at room temperature.
