Oven Baked BBQ Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

lbs
bone-in chicken thighs, skin on
2
teaspoons
granulated garlic
1
teaspoon
onion powder
1
teaspoon
paprika
½
teaspoon
Italian seasoning
¼
teaspoon
cayenne pepper
optional
salt and pepper to taste

tbsp
Oil
1/4
cup
bbq sauce
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
In a large bowl, combine the chicken, spices, and oil.
Place the chicken on a baking sheet with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes uncovered.
After 30 minutes, coat the chicken with the bbq sauce and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked through.
Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving and enjoy!
Notes
Although cooking time will vary based on the size of your chicken, the safe cooking temperature for chicken is 165 degrees F.
