Spicy Aioli

This creamy spicy aioli is mayo, garlic, cayenne pepper, lemon, and horseradish, all mixed together. Hands down, the ultimate condiment or dipping sauce!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayo
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper start with 1/2 tsp
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 2 tbsp horseradish
  • 2 garlic cloves grated
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, combine all of the ingredients and mix untill well combined.
  • Season with salt and pepper and enjoy!

Notes

  • Use fresh ingredients for best results.
  • Allow the mayo to sit at room temperature for at least 10 minutes. If the ingredients are too cold, you may have trouble tasting the flavors.
