Bbq Grilled Shrimp Skewers

These bbq grilled shrimp skewers are packed with flavor, smoky, and so much fun to eat! Great for parties, barbecues, appetizers, lunch, or dinner.

What I love most about this recipe is how quickly these cook. You can use small, medium, or jumbo shrimp. 

INGREDIENTS

– Shrimp – Garlic powder – Onion powder – Italian seasoning – Olive oil – Garlic – Bbq sauce – Salt – Pepper

If using wooden skewers, make sure to soak them in water for at least 30 minutes otherwise they can burn. 

In a small bowl, combine the garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning. Mix well. 

Add the shrimp, spice mixture, oil, and garlic to a large bowl and mix until well combined. 

Thread shrimp onto skewers. I did about 4 shrimp per skewer. 

Tips and Recipe Variations

– Don’t overcook the shrimp otherwise, they will become tough and rubbery. – Avoid using cooked shrimp for this recipe.
