These crab rangoons aka crab wontons are a mixture of crab meat, cream cheese, soy sauce, garlic, and sugar wrapped in won ton wrappers.

– cream cheese – crab meat – scallions – garlic powder – soy sauce – sugar – won ton wrappers – oil

In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese, garlic powder, 1 tsp sugar, scallions, and soy sauce.

Tips and Recipe Variations

– Don’t soften the cream cheese otherwise, the filling may be too runny. – Serve with sweet chili dipping sauce.
