Creamy Cajun Salmon Pasta

This Cajun salmon pasta is spaghetti and salmon chunks tossed in a creamy parmesan sauce. A quick and easy meal that can be made in under 40 minutes!

The salmon is juicy, flaky, packed with flavor, and just perfectly cooked. It’s made with just a handful of ingredients.

INGREDIENTS

– Salmon – Spaghetti – Cajun seasoning – Half and half – Heavy cream – Butter – Parmesan cheese – Lemon – Oil

Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. 

Place the salmon chunks in a large bowl and season with Cajun seasoning on all sides.

Heat some oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the salmon for 2-3 minutes on each side, be careful not to overcook the salmon.

Remove the salmon from the skillet and set it aside. Add the butter, garlic, and red crushed pepper to the skillet and cook until fragrant.

- Feel free to incorporate spinach, mushrooms, or your favorite veggies. - Not a fan of salmon? You can use scallops, shrimp, chicken, or lobster chunks.
