Garlic Herb Compound Butter

This garlic herb compound butter is made with roasted garlic, fresh herbs, and lemon zest. 

Perfect for steak, chicken, fish, corn on the cobb, vegetables, or bread!

INGREDIENTS

– butters – garlic – parsley – chives – rosemary – thyme – salt

Slice the garlic head in half and place it on a large piece of aluminum foil. Drizzle some olive oil over the garlic and season with salt.

Once the 30 minutes are up, allow the garlic to cool for at least 20 minutes.

Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix until well combined. Season with salt and check for seasoning. 

Place the butter mixture on a piece of plastic wrap and roll it into a log. Twist the ends to seal and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Tips and Recipe Variations

– Make sure the herbs are fresh and the butter is softened at room temperature. – Use good quality butter for the best results.
