Greek Pasta Salad 

Enjoy this delicious and easy Greek pasta salad recipe, made with tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, and pasta, and a simple olive oil lemon dressing.

It’s super easy to put together and makes the best side dish or main course.


– Gemelli pasta – Cucumber – Feta cheese – Grape tomatoes – Red onion – Kalamata olives – Olive oil – Lemons  – Oregano – Parsley – Garlic – Sugar

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to package instructions. Drain the pasta and allow it to cool completely. 

In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, grated garlic, oregano, parsley, and lemon juice.

Add the cooled pasta and remaining ingredients to a large bowl. Toss with the olive oil mixture and season with salt and pepper. 

Serve immediately and enjoy! 

Tips and Recipe Variations

– If you want to make this Greek Pasta Salad for your vegan friends, leave out the Feta cheese. – Feel free to include hard-boiled eggs, spicy peppers, or bacon.
