Spicy Peanut Noodles

Spicy Peanut Noodles are saucy, delicious, and so easy to make! They’re full of flavor for a satisfying vegan dish everyone will love.

Ready in just 15 minutes. Serve them on their own, as a side, or bulk them up with extra protein to satisfy all your needs!


– spaghetti – sesame oil – garlic – low sodium soy sauce – creamy peanut butter – sriracha sauce – water – lime juice – cilantro – crushed peanuts

Boil a pot of water and cook pasta as directed for al dente. While pasta is cooking, prepare the sauce by heating sesame oil in a saucepan.

Once heated, add garlic and saute for about 15 seconds or until fragrant.

Add soy sauce, peanut butter, sriracha, and water to the saucepan and whisk to combine on medium heat until hot.

Drain pasta once cooked and return to pot. Pour sauce over pasta and toss to coat. Serve with a squeeze of lime and garnish with cilantro and crushed peanuts.

Tips and Recipe Variations

- For less spice, add only 1 tablespoon of Sriracha to the sauce. - If you prefer less sauce, just add the amount of sauce you prefer.
