These peanut butter balls are super easy to make and require minimal ingredients. They're creamy on the inside with a hard chocolate outer shell making these incredibly delicious!
In a large bowl, mix the softened unsalted butter and peanut butter until smooth. This should take about 1-2 minutes.
Add the powdered sugar and mix until well combined. It should look like cookie dough. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Once the hour is up, remove the mixture from the fridge and roll it into 1-inch balls. Freeze the balls for 1-2 hours.
Finally, dip each peanut butter ball in the melted chocolate and garnish with crushed peanuts. I like using a fork to dip the balls in the chocolate but feel free to use a toothpick or spoon instead.
