In a small bowl, combine the garlic powder, Italian seasoning, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Place the chicken tenderloins in a large bowl and season with the spice mixture. Mix well.
In a large bowl, combine the parmesan cheese, seasoned breadcrumbs, and panko breadcrumbs.
Dip the chicken tenderloins in the eggs then coat them in the breadcrumb mixture. Really pack on the breadcrumbs!
Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F for 5 minutes and spray the basket with cooking spray.
Place the chicken tenders in the air fryer basket, spray the tenders with cooking spray, and cook for 6 minutes. Once the 6 minutes are up, flip the chicken tenders, spray them with cooking spray and cook for an additional 3 minutes. Cook the chicken tenders for a total of 9 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
